You capture: Quiet

Just when you think there is no quiet to be found, much less captured,
you find moments like these.

Reading a new book...

and connecting with the past through old photo albums.

Quiet moments like these fill a mother's heart.

How lovely! You're right, we do treasure those quiet moments as our children grow, don't we?

Now that mine are grown and left home, I treasure the moments they come home and create mayhem. LOL!

Kidding aside, those pictures are wonderful. I can't wait until my babies can read independently. I will still read to them of course, but silent reading is so VERY nice.

I'm getting excited for my oldest to be able to read on his own. Moments like this are to be cherished for sure! :)

LOve the second picture. I love pictures of my brother and I around that age and there aren't very many because we were always annoyed with my mom when she tried to take our picture. haha! ;) Now I understand why she always wanted to take our picture.

I love to see kids with their noses in books! My daughter always seems to have hers buried in one.

I think it's great how your kids love to read. I'm hoping that one day we can enjoy that type of quiet time and not ones that only involve a sleeping baby.

I really need to scrapbook. I got one finished, while my oldest was a baby, before I had the internet (HAH!). Theres no way I'll be able to finish any more photo projects until all of the kids are in school. I'd love for them to be able to look at photo albums when they're older though. You inspired me :)
