Yesterday was the solstice and the weather wanted to prove to us that it truly was SUMMER.
I stepped outside thinking that I would attempt to capture some of the heat lightning,
took the lens off the camera, took a test shot to check my settings,
and this picture was the result.
The humidity had fogged up my lens.
I took one look at the shot... shrugged...
and took my frizzy hair and my foggy camera back inside.

Oh! Ha! How I miss the humidity. No, really. I like a little bit. Not too much. Not THAT much. ;) Nice halo effect though.
We currently at 107 degrees and I thought that was bad, but I forgot all about my evil nemesis...humidity. I do not envy you.
Ugh!! I really hate this humidity.
This was a neat picture and it took me a minute to see the trees because I was focusing on the halo.
Humidity sucks but I think this shot turned out cool
Well I have to say that is one good thing (maybe the only good thing) about living in the desert.. No humidity. Of course I have to lather up in lotion at least twice a day so my skin won't look like leather.. I don't think it's working.. Oh Well..
I kinda like the way your photo turned out..
Oh I do hate humidity... I like your test shot.
I hate the humidity. Hope it breaks for you soon.
somehow I appreciate this picture even more than the fabulous picture you would have gotten.
Do you want some of this rain by the way? I'd be happy to pass it along.
right now my hair has a life of its own with all the rain and humidity. every time i get out of the air conditioned house or car my glasses fog up. i hate that
