This isn't the best picture, but here is my first completed project from the felted sweaters. I had a red Christmas sweater with a design already in it. The bottom of the sweater became the top of the stocking and all I had to do was cut it out and blanket stitch around the edges. I'm thinking about replacing the buttons with something a little fancier.

The stocking turned out very nice!! I even thought you had embroidered the design until I read further.

Love it!! I am motivated but I've almost run out of sweaters. It's off the Goodwill this weekend.
